The car had no tax or NCT and the driver had been disqualified.
An Garda Síochána have arrested a man for driving a car that had been operating as a fake taxi with a female passenger on board in Dublin.
Pictures of the car, which had a fake roof sign and door stickers and had no tax or NCT, were posted on the An Garda Síochána Twitter account this morning.

The car was stopped by DMR (Dublin Metropolitan Region) Traffic and it was also confirmed that the driver, who had been driving while disqualified, was arrested at the scene.
