Good old unreliable Irish weather.
Considering that today is the last day in February it’s not unreasonable to expect weather fit for the springtime, but parts of Ireland instead woke up to their very own winter wonderland this morning.
Snow fell in a number of counties across Ireland overnight and by the look of the pictures below, there was quite a lot of it too.

Unfortunately for snow lovers, it doesn’t look as if it’s going to last as Met Éireann have forecast overcast conditions for most of Ireland today, with outbreaks of rain and temperatures of a maximum of eight to ten degrees.
