If you said yes to either of the above questions then you’re in luck, as a woman named Wina Lie from Indonesia is selling her house AND offering herself up as part of the deal.
The two-bedroom house is on the market for €71,000 and Ms Lie has said that the listing isn’t a joke. “Yes, it’s true, I really am looking for a partner,” Wina told MetroTV.
“My goal is that this house be sold. But if I meet another partner, it is important that he be single, whether a bachelor or a widower, responsible and mature.”
The advert, which is available to view over on rumahdijual.com says: “Offer of the century!!! Buy the house and you may marry the owner (terms & conditions apply). Only for serious buyers and without negotiation.”
You’re probably wondering why someone would want to sell their house and marry their buyer?
According to the Irish Mirror, “Wina lost her husband in 2000 and has been lonely ever since, now the 40-year-old is hoping her real estate advert might help her find a new partner.”
