It was their final chance to impress before Friday’s election.
And Twitter had plenty to say.
During Miriam O’Callaghan’s grilling of Enda Kenny, Joan Burton, Micheál Martin and Gerry Adams on RTÉ One, we asked JOE Twitter users a number of questions about the debate.
The polls would indicate it was a very good night for Micheál Martin, with Joan Burton losing out.
First up, the crucial question for all four parties indicated good news for Fianna Fáil:

*This was the situation after two hours of voting
The longest, and best-debated segment in the entire show was on the housing crisis facing the country and users once again favoured Micheál Martin:

*This was the situation after eight hours of voting
And, most crucially, when asked who caused the creak, JOE users were in no doubt as to who the culprit was:

*This was the situation after nine hours of voting
Roll on Friday.
