Two Irish flights are affected.
The French air traffic controller strike has wreaked further havoc on holiday makers as Ryanair have announced that they’ve had to cancel 78 flights that were planned to depart tomorrow.
It’s estimated that over 18,000 customers will be affected by the upcoming strike which will be the 13th time that the ATC union have taken industrial action in the last 14 weeks.
Two flights to and from Dublin have been cancelled, a flight leaving T1 to Carcassonne and an incoming flight from the same location.
In a statement on their website, Ryanair said that “customers will be updated on their flight status via email and/or the mobile phone number provided at time of booking. You may also monitor your flight status online: click here.
They added “unfortunately, further flight delays and cancellations are likely and customers are asked to please monitor this notice which will be updated throughout the day. Ryanair sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused by these unjustified ATC disruptions which are entirely outside of our control”.
If you happen to be travelling around Europe then details on those flights that are affected can be found here.
