Big news this morning.
Five people have been arrested by gardaí investigating an incident involving Tánaiste Joan Burton, and one of them is Socialist Party TD Paul Murphy.
It’s believed the Dublin South-West TD is being questioned at Terenure Garda Station about the incident which happened three months ago.
The Tánaiste Joan Burton was trapped in her car in Tallaght by anti-water charge protesters for two hours and Murphy is among those being investigated.
