Shouts of ‘Shame! Shame! Shame!’ rang out in the House of Lords on Wednesday when Lord Pearson of Rannoch made this speech about Britain leaving the European Union.
Since Friday’s referendum result confirming a Brexit, the line has sunk lower and lower.
Finally, though, it seems that somebody has trampled over it.
