A large amount of it seems to take place in toilets. Perhaps it is when people do their best thinking. Perhaps it is because they have time to kill. Either way, it can lend itself to some humerous comments. Like this one for example.
We tend to agree that the title “Best graffiti ever” is not too much of a stretch of the truth, though it never ceases to amaze us how so many people carry around markers in their pockets!
