Obama won’t be happy about this.

The winner of this year’s TIME 100 reader’s poll to find the world’s most influential person is… drum roll… Twink Russian President Vladimir Putin.

We can only presume that the Russian leader is celebrating his new-found success by riding around topless on his pet bear while firing dual rocket launchers into the sky.

The winner of the The TIME 100 is an annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, spanning politics, entertainment, business, technology, science, religion and other fields.

While TIME’s editors will choose the TIME 100 (due to be announced on April 16)  — their annual list of the most influential people in the world — they want readers to have a say too.

Judging by the reader’s Top 10 list below, most of the voters were 14-year-old religious girls from Russia.

A niche demographic to be sure.
