Expect delays in Heuston…
All trains in and out of Heuston Station have been suspended this evening following an incident on the tracks.
Gardaí and emergency services are attending the scene which is believed to be Parkwest section of the track.
Iarnród Éireann say the incident involves the 6.25pm Portlaoise to Heuston train in the Parkwest area.
Services in & out of Hstn are currently suspended due to an incident involving 18:25 Portlaoise Hstn Gardai & emergency services enroute

Irish Rail tweeted: “Services in and out of Heuston are currently suspended due to an incident involving 18:25 Portlaoise to Heuston.”
In a reply to a member of the public on Twitter this evening, the Irish Rail account said that somebody had been struck by a train, which is what caused the disruption to their services.
Customers are being bussed to Heuston Station from Adamstown Station in Lucan while the track remains closed.
Inbound services to Heuston will terminate at Adamstown. Buses will then bring customers to the city centre

Normal service will resume tomorrow morning…
Remainder of services from Heuston will depart from Adamstown tonight. All services will operate as normal from first service in the morning
