Roberto di Matteo was given the boot by Chelsea yesterday, but it would appear as if he’s already found a new line of work in the Argentinean movie industry.

The Italian was rather harshly sacked as Blues boss despite yesterday despite guiding them to the Champions League and FA Cup last season, but with those credentials under his belt he was never going to be out of the job for long.

Chances are Di Matteo will be snapped up by another club before too long, but as The Guardian’s James Dart pointed out on Twitter, if he’s ever stuck, he could go back to his previous job working as an actor in Argentinean movies, like the 2011 smash Chinese Takeaway.

Of course, the man in the picture is not Di Matteo but Argentinean actor Ricardo Darin, but the resemblance is certainly uncanny and if Ricardo is ever looking for a stunt double, he could do a lot worse than give Di Matteo a call.
