You know when photographs are so perfectly timed that they create a brilliant and often hilarious optical illusion? This is one of the best we’ve seen in a long time.
On the face of it, there’s not an awful lot to see in the picture below, just a group of friends getting a nice picture taken while aboard a ferry of some sort.
Look a little closer, however, particularly at the man seated behind them, and you’ll see what appears to be a tiny man getting a piggyback off the woman seated to the left of the group.
As you have probably noticed by now, the black stripe on the woman’s dress looks like an extension of the man’s right leg, while part of the brown bench could almost pass for a shoe.
And man, does he seem to be particularly enjoying this piggy-back, and we mean really enjoying it.
The photo was originally posted on Twitter by a user by the name of Warren, who, judging by his profile, seems to have a collection of often ill-timed and inappropriate pictures, but was re-tweeted this morning by Graham Linehan, who felt it funny enough to retweet to more than a quarter of a million followers.
Brilliant.
