Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
Two men have been arrested as part of an investigation into the unexplained death of a man in Kerry.
The death of the man occurred on Saturday, 29 August this year, outside a premises on the Muckross Road in Killarney.
Both men, aged in their 20s and 40s, were arrested on Wednesday morning are currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Killarney Garda station.
Two men arrested yesterday, Tuesday 8 December 2020, as part of this investigation have been released without charge.
A file is now being prepared for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
