Recorded earlier this month during his trial, the TV station released this clip this evening.
Today Max Clifford was convicted on eight counts of indecent assault against a number of victims, some of whom were as young as 15.
The incidents, which took place in the 1970s and 1980s, were the subject of a lengthy trial that concluded today and the former PR guru will be sentenced on Friday.
With the case now completed, this clip was released by Sky News tonight. Recorded on April 8, but never broadcast, it shows their reporter Tom Parmenter giving a report to camera on the then on-going case from outside the courthouse.
Clifford then appears in the background and apes what the reporter is doing before speaking to him briefly then walking away.
