This is a piss-take but it isn’t far off…
The water charges has been the biggest talking point in Ireland over the last few months and yesterday’s Dáil meeting gave us a better idea of what to expect.
The fact of the matter is that charges are coming down the tracks with the first bills expected in April ’15. Whether they’re paid or not is another question.
