South Dakota voted for Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday but just like any political vote, not everyone was happy with the outcome.
One such man was Isaac Latterell, a Republican in South Dakota’s House of Representatives, who just couldn’t hide his feelings after the news emerged that Trump would be endorsed by his state.
As the delegation started the announcement, it’s clear that Latterell knew which way the vote was going. It’s fair to say that he didn’t approve.
