Just another day on Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign.
Barely a day passes without something eventful happening in the world of Donald Trump and today was no different.
During a speech at a rally in Ashburn, Virginia on Tuesday, a baby could be heard crying in the audience. Trump, smiling, responded by saying: “I hear that baby crying. I like it. What a beautiful baby.”
A couple of minutes later, however, with the baby’s crying still very much audible in the background, Trump changed his tune.
“Actually, I was only kidding,” Trump said.
“You can get the baby out of here. That’s all right. Don’t worry. I think she believed me that I love having a baby crying while I’m speaking.”
As baby cries during rally, Trump first says "I love babies," then "Kidding, you can get the baby out of here." https://t.co/FhVeiFAelU

The episode was just the latest bizarre turn in a campaign which has had plenty of bizarre moments and came on the same day that Trump was strongly criticised by Barack Obama, who said that the Republican nominee was “unfit to serve as President”.
As you might expect, Trump wasn’t about to take it lying down…
President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!
