We’re not quite sure of the year, but we do know it involves the hurlers of Tullaroan and Freshford. And what a brilliant old-school photo it truly is.
There is so much to admire from this particular schemozzle that we can only hope this picture takes serious pride on at least one of the respective club halls.
From a man bowled over with the cap still on, the players looking like they are trying to get to said fallen individual as if their lives depended on it to the inclusion of a fella wading in from the sideline. Not only does he look like he is after his own pound of flesh, he even has the cigarette to boot.
It’s one of the best we have seen, and we have no doubt there are no shortage of gems right around the country.
