Fantastic scenes.
It’s safe to say that Irish fans took over the streets of Lille after the Boys in Green’s famous victory over Italy, and our enthusiasm was clearly infectious.
While our supporters basked in glory throughout Lille, the French fire brigade themselves even got caught up on the act, as they celebrated with fans when driving through the crowd.
We’re not sure how receptive they’ll be if we beat France on Sunday of course, but for the time being, they’re our best buddies.
This is just excellent.
