Live Like JOE
Live like JOE….. Be chivalrous
There isn’t any harm or shame in being a gentleman to your other half or your elders.
If you are going for a meal with a nice young lady hold the doors open for her, pull out her chair and let her order first. This can be crucial if you are yet to “seal the deal†and it will earn you many brownie points otherwise.
If you are on public transport and there are no seats, give up yours to a lady or elderly person who doesn’t have one. Help the elderly cross busy streets or help them with their shopping if needs be. It is rarely of any great inconvenience to any of us and you’ll feel good about yourself afterwards, seriously.
Mood Swingometer
Today we’re feeling…. confused.
That mean volcanic ash cloud is back and we don’t know what to think. As a result airports are closing again and loads of people face being stranded both here and abroad. Madness!
Maybe we should build a big volcano ash cloud chimney or something to sort it out? It will probably be delayed though, just like the proposed underground DART which has been put back by three years and will now be ready by 2018…..
