Rafa Nadal reclaimed his Wimbledon crown and immediately backed his home country, Spain, to create a double by winning the World Cup.

The Star published the Wimbledon champion’s comments, ““I am a crazy fan of football and a big supporter of the team. It would be a pleasure to be there, but I have to have treatment on my knees.’’

Nadal won the tournament in straight sets against Tomas Berdych, 6-3 7-5 6-4.

“The last one was more dramatic, but every title is really special. I just want to thank the crowd because they make me feel unbelievable,” Nadal said.
