You may not think it, but there are so many things that occur in everyday life that can prevent you from getting a good nights’ kip.
Stress, anger, worry, lack of exercise, poor eating habits and smoking can all result in not being able to nod off.
It is recommended we get eight hours of uninterrupted sleep per night – but how many of us actually get this much snooze?
When you get home from work also, you should put the day behind you and go into relaxation mode – this will slow down your brain and help you get a good night’s rest – which is vital for concentration and feeling in top form the following day. Goodnight lads.
