American novelist Bret Easton Ellis has lambasted Scott Pilgrim vs. The World through his Twitter account.
Although many critics have been talking this film up it has had a poor showing in the box office to date.
Ellis, author of American Psycho and Lunar Park, has been less than loving in his review of the flick.
“Hated every minute of “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” (except for about 45 seconds with Brandon Routh). Excruciating. The geeks were wrong,” he tweeted.
