It would be hard to top our last reason for heading along to the Bavaria City Racing event next month, but we’ll try with Terry Grant, the ultimate stunt driver.
The Bavaria City Racing event, which takes place on June 3, promises to bring some of the fastest and most powerful motors to Dublin’s streets. But it’s not all about the fast and the furious. Some of the other action on show includes the best drifters and stunt drivers in the business.
One of the main attractions will be Terry Grant and his unbelievable style of stunt driving. Have you ever seen a man hoon around in a car only to leave it doing doughnuts in the middle of the road, all on its own? Well that’s one of the many tricks you’ll be able to see Terry get up to when he brings his 1940’s Legends series Ford racer with him to the capital. Seeing is believing
In a recent interview with Monster Energy, Terry was asked if he had anything special up his sleeve for the Irish crowd? His response: “It’s been a while since I’ve been back over here, it will be good to blow away the Irish crowd. Got a few tricks up my sleeve, you’re just going to have to come and check it out!!!” Way to leave us hanging Terry!
He really is a must see. Terry, who is originally from England, is a fifteen-time Guinness Book of World Records holder and he’s considered one of the best stunt performers in the world. He also has a pretty impressive career record racing in the Legends series over in the US.
So if you want to see Terry getting in and out of his Legend series car, while it’s still doing doughnuts, then head along to the Bavaria City Racing event on June 3.
Bavaria City Racing comes to Dublin on June 3. The event is FREE to attend, but fans who want to get that bit closer to the action can avail of tickets to the premium performance zones.
