Penn Jillette has cut off his hair and shared the experience step by step with pictures on Twitter.
The magician and all-around showman shed about 10 inches of his trademark ponytail on Wednesday.
“Thanks for all the kind words about my haircut,” Penn said to his Twitter followers. “I don’t really care if it looks stupid, but I’m glad some people are kind. Thanks so much.”
