For thse of you that don’t drink your Pepsi Max or live life to the max, Base-jumping involves diving off tall buildings and releasing your parachute seconds before impact. Expect some thrilling footage tonight.
Movie pick: 28 Days Later, Film4 10:50pm
Cillian Murphy wakes up from a coma to find London has been transformed by a terrifying incurable virus, which has turned the English capital’s inhabitants into a homicidal rage. Banding together with a group of survivors, he heads off for the last known safe outpost in Britain – Manchester. Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, Trainspotting) produces another must-see flick with one of the best ‘zombie’ movies in decades. Essential viewing for horror fans.
