Emmanuel Adebayor is desperate to leave Manchester City due to a lack of regular first-tem football.
The striker has fallen far down the pecking order at Eastlands and will be on the bench again for Sunday’s Premier League clash away to Sunderland.
Adebayor signed for City in July of last year for £25million but he is now hoping a top club will sign him before the transfer window closes next Wednesday.
“If you’re not playing and a team comes in for me then I will definitely be on my way because I’m a footballer and I love playing,†said Adebayor.
