It’s finally that time of year when we all dust off your battered wellies and semi-soiled tents for the annual festival season and this year there’s a brand new festival called Groove and it’s set to take the Irish summer by storm.
The Groove Festival takes place on Saturday July 6 and Sunday July 7 in the amazing Killruddery Estate situated between Bray and Greystones, and it’s easy to get to seeing as it’s right on the doorstep of Dublin city. It is a hassle free festival with an impressive line-up across soul, funk, roots, R&B and rock & roll, so it’s perfect for all tastes in music.
With the picturesque backdrop of the Wicklow Mountains plus Killruddery House with its stunning gardens, Groove offers the one of the most spectacular stages in the country.
There will also be a second stage at the first Groove in the form of a retro tent, curated by the iconic Whelan’s live crew. Catch some of the best up and coming artists across all sorts of genres. Check out the line-ups for the stages on Saturday and Sunday below…

There will be much more than just music on offer at Groove including, fine food with a difference, a friendly ‘Local Wicklow Market’, a Diversity Tent set up by the guys at VSO and there will also be a Kids Zone in case your sprogs don’t like the same music as you.
Tickets are only €59 for a day ticket and €99 for a weekend pass (with €1 per order if you need it posted). And that’s the total price – no hidden booking fees.
