Dr Wendy Chapman stands accused of intentionally cutting winger Tom Williams lip’ to cover up his use of a blood capsule in ‘Quins’ clash with Leinster in the 2009 Heineken Cup.

She also stands accused of not admitting to a European Rugby Cup committee that she caused the injury.

The Manchester General Medical Council asserts that her actions were ‘dishonest and likely to bring the profession into disrepute.’
