Graham Canty and Fintan Gould have both returned to training with Cork, as they prepare for their All-Ireland clash with Down this Sunday.
Cork captain Canty has been an injury doubt since the defender tore his hamstring in the Rebels victory over Roscommon in the All-Ireland SFC quarter final.
Half-forward Gould, meanwhile, picked up an ankle injury earlier this month, but is expected to be fully fit for the final.
Both should be named in the squad, at least, and Cork manager Conor Counihan is expected to name the Rebels’ squad on Thursday.
The match will kick off at 3.30 pm on 19 September in Croke Park.
