Fermanagh boss Malachy O’Rourke has added three forwards to his panel ahead of their Ulster Championship opener on June 12, against old side Cavan.

Fermanagh are hoping to reach the Ulster final again after going close in 2008 forcing Armagh to a replay. But now O’Rourke is eyeing Clones once more as Belcoo’s Brian Cox and Seamus Quigley of Roslea have been called up to the Ernesider’s squad.

Mark Little of Lisnaskea Emmets has also returned to the fold after resolving a row with club officials and the news is a huge boost to O’Rourke, who was forced to leave him out of the panel as he was not playing club football.

However Eamon Maguire has quit he set-up following their relegation from Division Three last month, but O’Rourke is feeling confident with his new additions.

He said: “I could not speak highly enough of the fellas who have gone as they have given fantastic effort throughout the year, but following the league we looked at bringing in a few players who would maybe give us more scoring power.”
