Fisher leads by a single shot from Francesco Molinari and fellow Englishman Chris Wood, who shot a five under par 66, taking his total to -11 overall.
Padraig Harrington leads the Irish challenge on -9 after a 69 today, Michael Hoey is two shots back on -7, Shane Lowry, Darren Clarke and Paul McGinley are all on -6 while Graeme McDowell and Rory McIlroy are well off the pace at -3 and -2 respectively.
