Padraig Harrington has been partnered with last year’s sensational runner-up Tom Watson for the opening day of this year’s Open Championship.
Two-time champion Harrington and five-time champion Watson will be teeing off with Japan’s Ryo Ishikawa on Thursday.
World number one Tiger Woods will be partnered with England’s Justin Rose and exciting Chilean golfer Camilo Villegas.
Phil Mickelson, who will secure the world number one spot with a victory at St. Andrews, has been partnered with European Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie and South Africa’s Retief Goosen.
Rory McIlroy has been partnered with Lucas Glover and Tim Clark, while US PGA Champion Graeme McDowell has been paired with Geoff Ogilvy and Jim Furyk.
Offaly’s Shane Lowry will be teeing-off with Hirofumi Miyase and Ignacio Garrido, while Darren Clarke will be playing with American Davis Love III and Canadian Mike Weir.
