Liverpool V Olympiakos, 2005
Without Gerrard’s heroics against Olympiakos early in the year, Liverpool would never have made it to that final.
FA Cup Final, 2006
In the 2006 FA Cup decider Gerrard scored twice, including a sensational last minute leveller against West Ham to ensure Liverpool had the chance to win the game on penalties. Subsequently, he became the only man to score in FA Cup, League Cup, UEFA Cup and Champions League finals.
