Henry Shefflin and Brian Hogan will undergo scans today (Tuesday) to determine the extent of injuries picked up in the All-Ireland semi-final victory over Cork.
Shefflin landed awkwardly on his knee and Hogan suffered a recurrence of a shoulder injury in the first half of Kilkenny’s 12 point victory over the Leesiders in Croke Park on Sunday.
Both players underwent a session of cryotherapy treatment on Monday morning and will have four weeks to recover before the All-Ireland final against either Tipperary or Waterford on 5 September.
