Cian Healy does not start and still remains a doubt for a place on the bench as Michael Cheika has not yet decided between him and Mike Ross as prop cover.
CJ van der Linde will play his last match for the province in the front row alongside John Fogarty and Stan Wright.
In all, Leinster have 10 Ireland internationals lining out against the Welsh side who will be massive underdogs to lift the title.
