Dublin’s meat lovers, sharpen your knives. The Four Seasons Hotel has brought back the ‘Carnivores’ Carnival’ festival after winning 2012 Best Restaurant Hotel in Ireland.
To celebrate winning the 2012 Best Restaurant Hotel at the Restaurant Association Of Ireland‘s annual award event, Dublin’s Four Seasons Hotel welcomes back the ‘Carnivores’ Carnival’ festival. Sounds intriguing doesn’t it?
The event is back by popular demand for the third year in a row and it promises to cater for all the Irish red meat lovers out there. The Four Seasons restaurant will be dishing out prime cuts of meat until this Sunday (May 20), so you’d want to get your knives sharpened now before it’s too late.
The star of the show is a Roasted Skeaghanore Duck from West Cork, while there’s also lots from Creekstone Kansas City Black Angus Beef including an 8oz Dry Striploin, a 6oz Fillet and a 7oz Dry Aged Rib Eye and last but by no means least a solo by New Zealand bred Wagyu Beef for the ultimate burger. This cut has a distinctive yet delicate flavour and is highly prized for its rich, marbling characteristics. Rich and marbling. Yum.
So, if you’re taste buds are wetting themselves like Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas, then make sure to check out the ‘Carnivores’ Carnival’ festival at the Four Seasons Hotel, Dublin.
