One Russian lad recently had his sordid web of lies unwoven after his fiancée caught him cheating thanks to the Russian version of Google Street View.
Marina Voinova was searching for an address using Russia’s answer to Google Maps, called Yandex Maps, when she saw someone she noticed. It was her fiancée, Sasha, and he was getting a little bit too close for comfort to another woman, who would turn out to be his other girlfriend.
But how could Marina be certain that it was definitely her man in the picture? Well, one of the main differences between Google Maps and Yandex Maps is that Yandex doesn’t blur out the faces of people on the street. Uh oh…

‘When Sasha came home, I immediately called him to the computer and asked him to find that address in the map,’ she told LifeNews.ru.
‘When the image loaded, Sasha’s face changed in colour. I looked in his eyes, waiting for an explanation.
‘At first I regretted searching for that address on the internet, but eventually realised that it was silly to blame the web for my boyfriend’s unfaithfulness.’
