Not so Top Gear, Jeremy

He knows his cars, he knows how to rub people up the wrong way. But does he know how to dress? Eh, no.

Jeremy Clarkson, a man who is on an everlasting quest for the ‘perfect driving experience’ , has carved out a trademark look of ill-fitting shirts and jackets.

The controversial journalist and front man to the BBC’s phenomenally successful Top Gear, stands tall at 6’6’. It would seem that his choices are an attempt to balance out the length of his arms according to his frame. His colour choices are good, but well fitted clothing is imperative to any mans wardrobe tall or small (especially those that consist of blazers and shirts), the fit becomes a make or break.

This is a difficult problem to overcome, and generally the only option is to find a good tailor. It makes the world of difference, as the oversized jackets that Jeremy chooses only emphasise the length of his arms creating a look similar to Lurch from ‘The Addams Family’.
