Remember that wedding ring she wouldn’t gave back… this is why

A new website has been set up over in the US which helps people dispose of unwanted sentimental gifts for a fraction of the ‘real world’ cost.

Have you ever proposed to the girl of your dreams only for things to eventually go down the crapper? Did you then fight tooth and nail to get the ring back only for the b*tch to turn around and say ‘I’m not giving it back. It was a present. You can’t ask for presents back!’

Well, she’s not holding on to the ring so she can look back and remember you fondly in years to come. Instead, she’s probably heading to www.NeverLikedItAnyway.com where you can buy and sell off unwanted gifts for a fraction of the selling price.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned… and all that jazz.

Annabel Acton, 28, from Australia (living in New York), set up the site after she was dumped just before Christmas.

Ms Acton had two tickets to London, as well as artwork and jewellery she didn’t want to wear anymore, so she decided to set up the site which has taken off as of late.

“All this pathetic ‘Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all’ was sappy. I wanted something spunky,” said Ms Acton.

Currently being sold on the site is a 1.74carat Princess Cut Solitaire Engagement Ring (can’t call it a diamond, no?) that’s worth $10,250.

However, on www.NeverLikedItAnyway.com it can be ours for just $6,800.

Just remember about the above site if you’re thinking of stretching out your knee in preparation for the big question.
