Neil Robertson holds a five frame advantage over Ali Carter in the semi-final of the World Snooker Championship after a solid display in the third session on Friday night.
At one stage, Robertson lead by double scores 14-7 however World Number five Ali Carter has kept his campaign alive by pegging back two frames. Robertson won the final frame and settled it at 15-9 before they resume play on Saturday afternoon.
Graeme Dott and Mark Selby get going again at 10am on Saturday with Dott leading 10-6 in the other semi-final.
