The mighty Green army did us proud over in Poznan and now a Polish police officer has thanked the Irish fans for making such a fuss over her.
It’s not often that you see a group of Irish males surrounding a female police officer chanting about how beautiful she is (except for here…), but one brunette beauty from the Polish riot police was given that very treatment – and she couldn’t be happier.
Natalia Rogozi?ska may have been blushing in the video above, but she has now come out and thanked the Irish fans who made a song and dance – literally – about how beautiful she is.
The Irish made such a fuss over Ms Rogozi?ska that news stations across Europe picked up on the video above, which has now made her a bit of a local celebrity.
“Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life. I’m very flattered.”
The 23-year-old added: “It was great fun and the Irish fans were great fun too.”
However, it seems like we’ve gotten Ms Rogozi?ska into a bit of bother with her husband…
“The fans kept giving me their phone numbers and asking me to come to Ireland and he did get a bit jealous – but I can deal with that.”
