Cillian Sheridan has been called into the Republic of Ireland squad for the upcoming European qualifiers against Armenia and Andorra.
The 21-year old, who plays his club football with CSKA Sofia, was not selected in the original 25-man squad, but has been drafted in by manager Giovanni Trappatoni.
Ireland open their Group B campaign away to Armenia next Friday evening, before taking on Andorra at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin the following Tuesday.
