A Teenage girl – 16 to be exact – managed to total this gorgeous Audi R8 by running a big red stop sign and ramming her pick-up into the back of it.
If you own a supercar, you should have a certain comfort in knowing that everyone is too much in awe of your prized possession to get close enough to hit it. Well, everyone except teenage girls.
The driver of this €100,000 Audi R8 V-8 was simply driving down the road with his girlfriend in Florida when suddenly a teenage girl driving a pick-up truck shot out of nowhere, ran a big red stop sign and trashed his lovely supercar.
The resulting damage is clearly visible and it’s going to take a heck of a lot of work to get it fixed, if it’s not completely wrote off that is. Thankfully, no one was injured apart from the girl’s ego, obviously. We just hope she’s insured.

The images were posted on the super posh form Luxury4Play, where posh supercar owners congregate to discuss how amazing their cars are compared to the rest of us who have ‘poor people-mobiles’ – or something like that.
We’ve brought you many spectacular supercar crashes over the past couple of months, but this one has to be the most infuriating. Bloody teenagers. The poor R8 never stood a chance.
