Tiger Woods is coming to Ireland next month to play JP McManus’ pro-am charity event on the weekend of 5/6 July.
Woods will make his first appearance outside the United States this year for the racehorse owner’s 36-hole pro-am event to be held at Adare Manor.
The last JP McManus pro-am in 2005 raised £30 million sterling for nominated charities.
In a statement issued by the event organisers, Woods said: “Like my own Foundation, I understand the importance and necessity of raising funds to help deserving individuals. This tournament does just that.”
