The Socceroos number one fan, actor John Travolta, flew his Boeing 707 into South Africa this afternoon to attend the World Cup.
Travolta has staunchly supported the Australian national football team for years and will continue his loyalty by shouting on the Socceroos while in the country for the next five days with his pregnant wife Kelly Preston and their daughter Ella.
The actor, a qualified pilot, flew his airplane into Lanseria Airport, near Johannesburg earlier today.
He is scheduled to give a pep talk to the Australian players before their big opener against Germany in Durban this Sunday.
