Uruguay will face Romania in a playoff to decide the final qualification place for the 2011 Rugby Union World Cup in New Zealand.
Both teams enjoyed comfortable victories. Romania defeated Tunisia 52-12 in Buzau while Uruguay were victorious over Kazakhstan in Montevideo 44-7.
The playoff will be conducted over two legs, with the winner taking the final place in Group B, which contains Georgia, Scotland, England and Argentina.
Uruguay have previously qualified for two World Cups, in 2003 and 1999.
Romania have qualified for all six previous Rugby World Cups.
