Pickpockets are everywhere these days and this video clearly shows us that not even the headphones on your head are safe.
While sitting on the New York subway, this lad cranked his Beats headphones up to 11 and started jamming out to his favourite tune without a care for anyone else. This must have really p*ssed off the other bloke in the video, or else the other bloke just really wanted a set of Beats by Dre.
Either way, the thief in question waits for the moment the subway doors are about to close and he snatches the headphones right off the head of the unsuspecting commuter.
Internet sceptics and YouTube commenters alike say that the video is ‘clearly a set up’ and that there’s no way you’d start nonchalantly recording someone singing their favourite tune moments before they were robbed. Coincidence or perfect timing?
If it is real then we suspect the thief might have learned a thing or two from this guy…
