Everyone is talking about the English window cleaner who laughs in the face of health and safety regulations, or as he calls them ‘suggestions’. Passers-by couldn’t believe their eyes when the spotted the lad towering above them without any safety gear whatsoever, so naturally they cracked out the video camera.
It happened in Bath, Somerset and apparently since the video has gone viral health and safety officials have launched an investigation.
