Video: iRadio prank call backfires in the most awkward way possible

iRadio's Dave O'Connor was expecting to record a hilarious prank call to one of his mates. However, he ended up with a little more than he bargained for... and he's now lost a friend.

iRadio’s Dave O’Connor was expecting to record a hilarious prank call to one of his mates. However, he ended up with a little more than he bargained for… and he may have lost a pal in the process.

If you’re going to prank call someone by pretending you’re pissed off with them, then you better be prepared for whatever they have to say back. That’s the one thing you should take away from this clip of iRadio’s ‘Dial or Delete’ segment on Dave O’Connor’s morning show.

O’Connor calls up a mate from Donegal called Conal with the ‘news’ that he’s found out Conal has been spreading nasty rumours about him to club promoters. Sadly, Conal is a little too honest for his own good and what he has to say to O’Connor will make you want to cringe.

Seriously though, the last 20 seconds or so are pure radio gold.

Thanks to Aaron O’Neill for the heads-up.
